Amber Contreras is an 18-year veteran teacher who is now bringing her training skills to developing and growing agents in the business. She also wears the hat of Creative Director for Powerhouse FIN.

Surf Heredia, Director of Powerhouse Latino
A Miami native Surf Heredia attended South Miami Sr High where he met Armando Torres and graduated in 1995. After High School Surf enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. After the Marine Corps Surf worked with several Direct Marketing companies while attending the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Upon graduation Surf worked with IHeart Radio where Surf was a Production Director, Voiceover Talent, and on-air Personality in the American, Spanish, and Italian Markets. Surf has been part of many multi million dollar projects to include the design, construction, and launch of the first from scratch radio station in over 50 years in the U.S. Surf has recruited, built, trained, and launched multiple million dollar teams in different industries where still today many people enjoy success.
Un nativo de Miami, Surf Heredia asistió a South Miami Sr High, donde conoció a Armando Torres y se graduó en 1995. Después de la secundaria, Surf se alistó en el Cuerpo de Marines de los Estados Unidos y sirvió con la 26ª Unidad Expedicionaria de Marines.
